We do ask that if you should need to return or exchange a product that you follow these few guidelines:
• Please include a note with your name, order# email address and your reason for the return or what you would like exchanged.
• Please only return products that were purchased on this site or at our 888-SKIN-124 line as we cannot accept returns from other retail outlets.
• Refunds will only be on the retail price (shipping charges are not refundable).
• Products that are significantly used (more than 50%) are not eligible for return or exchange.
